Julia Tatarchenko photographer and visual artist with a particular strength in developing concepts and visual narratives.
She works across editorial, commercial, and fine art photography, creating series based on a clear idea or story, with color playing an important role in shaping their visual language. Alongside commissioned work, she develops her own long-term creative projects, often exploring themes connected to nature and animals, and participates in artist residencies internationally. Her work is characterized by a calm, warm, and quietly joyful atmosphere.
Since 2016, Julia has worked as a freelance photographer, collaborating with galleries in Berlin and Paris. In 2018, she co-founded the creative duo BJUFF, where she served as art director and photographer.
